Our guests from Salem, Nancy and Marc Perna.

First Course: Baby Field Greens with pecan-encrusted goat cheese and roasted shallot-maple vinaigrette.
Entree: Roasted Moscovy Duck Breast with wild rice couvee, roasted fennel and broccoli raab, and orange chutney.
Where is the picture of the Dessert: Dark chocolate cherry tart with milk chocolate sauce you may ask? Once again, GONE, before I even thought of taking a picture. I loved it, especially the surprise of the occasional chewy cherry with the smooth chocolate.

Robert wore is medal he received previously from the Korean government.
