When we returned to Portland from the beach we walked down to isabel to eat. We have walked by it many times at 330 NW 10th Ave.,but never entered. They were about to close Sunday at 8:50, but invited us in. The waitress was very nice, so we felt fine about it.
Robert ordered a soup that came with tofu, but in addition he got some chicken, too.
I got some type of bowl. I didn't write it down and the menu won't come up on their website.
Chicken, black beans, rice, mango salsa, fried plantains (too dry). I liked the tastes, and had some to take home for lunch the next day.
