Last Day in Sunny Palm Springs

My sun glasses were missing on our last day in Palm Springs. I thought they might be in our rental Prius. When Robert came back from playing golf I learned they weren't in the car. And they weren't at the Perna's home, so I called Mama Liveri's and Yes, they were there! We stopped there after checking out. The owner had said that she played mah jong during the day right in the restaurant. She and her friends sit at a center table while people eat around them. I have said for some time that I would like to learn how to play.... This group sure was having a good time.

We went inside Fisherman's Market & Grill which is right next to Mama Liveri's and made our order, then sat outside and awaited delivery. Robert is smiling because he found a new beer - Bahia. With the Marlin on the label, it is brewed by Cerveceria Centro Americana of Guatemala and imported by G.K. Skaggs, Inc. Bahia is sold in 15 states.

We had lunch at Fisherman's Market & Grill which is next door to Mama Liveri's Italian Bistro in Town Center Way(a large shopping area) in Palm Desert. Robert had the oysters.

I had the Baja fish tacos. They hit the spot (and that spot is getting bigger and bigger).

Then after walking around Old Town in Palm Springs we headed to the nearby airport. We love the airport there. You go through security and then can sit outside in the sun while you wait for your departure eating and drinking if you choose.
