Condo owner Pam and I went to Fratelli for a light supper after the condo party (entries below). I spoke with the chef to get some info on how to make the fennel salad they do. He gave me the ingredients and know how. We were going to order it, but told me that they just changed the menu and the salad was not available anymore. So I ordered three antipasti to follow my drink: Sicilian Necktie (French blood orange puree, Mezzaluna vodka & a splash of Galliano, on the rocks.
Roasted beet, gorgonzola and mint creme fraiche salad.
