Jeffery Dobbins' Dessert Deliveries Deemed Delicious

We love to go to fund raising auctions where there are great silent auctions items. Oral auctions can be dangerous. Robert, long ago, bid and won an old, real, red fire truck. But we can get carried away on the silent items, too. However, in March we attended the Willamette University Public Interest Law Projects' 15th Annual Bid for Justice and among other things, I bid on and won Desserts by Dobbins. So, every month for one year Jeff Dobbins, a WU Law Professor, delivers to our door a home-made dessert. Today, he delivered chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and chocolate bar cookies. I don't know if he plans to do this next year, but I plan to be there making the high bid!

In April, we had a Brownie Medley of three different, fabulous brownies. These were serious recipes ; not the kind I would ever make. Boy, were they yummy. He even references the source of the recipe in addition to the type of gourmet chocolate used. Scott plans to make them.
Click on the above printout we had on our delivery and you can read the recipe sources. The brownies, below, were nearly eaten before I thought to take a picture. That is one of the hazards of photographing what you eat!
