I selected Mississippi Street for the designation for my group Exploring Portland. Between Fremont and Shaver Streets you will find lots of shops and eating spots to check out. We liked many places that I did not take pictures inside. Be sure to check out a website I will have at the end of this day's blog for you to see a list of most of the shops.
We discovered that most fun stores on Mississippi Street do not open until 11:00 a.m., so keep that in mind when you plan your visit to this great street. This shop, Porch Light, 3972 Mississippi St., was a kick to poke around.
