Thai Shrimp Soup

This soup may not be in focus but it sure was good. The lights above make funny sparkles appear on the surface. I found the recipe in the South Beach Diet Super Charged book. We had a bag of frozen shrimp from Alaska, so I shelled those and used the entire bag. It called for a can of lite coconut milk that I found at Fred Meyer in the Health Food section. I already had the Asian fish sauce, but had to buy another chili-garlic sauce. The problem with buying odd cooking items is that you don't use them enough and have to throw them out and buy another jar the next year! I need to make good recipes more often....
