What an Evening!

We had dinner at Tom and Pam's lovely home in SaddeBrooke. They invited Judge Rod Miller to join us. We had the pleasure of helping them clean out their freezer before heading back to Salem. And by that I mean we ate a lot of food! Tom grilled most of the meat Pam found in the freezer - shrimp, steak, and sausages.
Tom's brother gave him a fun multi-use Margarita maker. I think we need one of those!

Tom is in charge of the barbecue in the Kruse family and does a fabulous job.

Tom made the pasta in the morning! Pam added the extras.

By the time we were ready for dessert it was dark. That didn't deter Tom, who donned his bike rider's light so he could see.

Tom made a type of Banana's Foster with grilled bananas, caramel sauce made by Pam, ice cream and chopped nuts. Yum.
