Robert's gin gimlet took on a different look and taste; he liked it. I had a Manhattan and determined that they taste better IN Manhattan.

Chilled Spring Vegetable and Cucumber Gazpacho - lemon oil, dungeness crab, lemon creme fraiche. We loved it.

I had Sauteed Alaskan Halibut - poached shrimp, chick peas, beech mushrooms, spring garlic broth

Robert selected Carlton Farms Pork Loin - cannellini beans, cured Italian tomatoes, ham hocks, fines herbs

Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding -salted caramel ice cream, dark rum sauce
