Monday night, May 5
th, for dinner we went to St. Philip's Plaza and had dinner at the Vivace Restaurant.
We ordered out meal inside, but then moved to the patio to enjoy the evening.

Robert liked the Pork
Sorrentino - thin slices of tenderloin filled with
proscuitto and
fontina cheese, baked with a touch of tomato and
parmigianao in a white sauce

Lee Ann chose Four Cheese
Manicotti - ricotta
fonitina,
pecorino romano and
parmigiano cheese stuffed in handmade pasta with
tomato-sage mushroom sauce

I had Seafood
Lasagnette - hand-made pasta with both seafood and spinach fillings with fresh tomato-basil broth.


Desserts:
