Many of the exhibits were under construction (Primate House) or closed, such as the Butterfly House yet it was a busy place. When the skies are clear people head to the Portland Zoo.
Don't worry, we finally found a place to eat something. I can't say that I recommend the Africa Cafe, but Madison enjoyed eating tomato slices. She sucks out the insides and then eats the outside last, in case you wondered what she had here. Madison and I did like seeing the potato chips made into animal shapes.
