We attended Senator Rick Metsger's announcement today that he will be running for Secretary of State. He is smart, and articulate, a good listener and the kind of person you want to stay in politics. He isn't a divider or a fear monger. Aren't you tired of those?

I walked over to the Portland Art Museum after the Metsger announcement and saw the Chuck Close show. It was impressive. If you are into prints, and various techniques used by artists, this is a must-see show.
