I just finished watching the Indian film Water , directed by Deepa Mehta, which I highly recommend. It was beautifully filmed with an enlightening and poignant story. If you like to watch films concerning women, cultural or religious issues you need to see this. Find it in the foreign film section. I got mine though Netflix.
