These are just my LIBRARY books! My hobby is to place books on HOLD when I read or hear about them and they sound good. There are some problems with this: sometimes many on my list come available at the same time, I have only 3 weeks to read them and I do everything else BUT read. If I didn't have Tivo, my blog, the Internet, Netflix, errands and ADD, I would actually sit down and read.
In case you can't read all the titles: Send (David Shipley and Will Schwalbe), Stealing Your Life (Frank W. Abagnale), Eat Pray Love - One Woman's Search for Everything Across Italy, India and Indonesia (Elizabeth Gilbert), One Perfect Day- The Selling of the American Wedding (Bebecca Mead), Leap! What Will We Do with the Rest of Our Lives (Sara Davidson), The Hollywood Trainer Weight-Loss Plan (Jeanette Jenkins), Red Water (Judith Freeman), The Woman in White (Wilkie Collins), Scam Proof Your Life (Sid Kirchheimer), The Yiddish Policemen's Union (Michael Chabon), No Excuses - Concessions of a Serial Campaigner (Robert Shrum). I just found The Frozen Toe Guide to Real Alaskan Livin' by Brookelyn Belligner under some papers, geez.
I tend to read more non-fiction than fiction. My book group gets me into more fiction than I would normally. It's a good thing....
When a book isn't on the library self and has a huge Hold list, I can usually find it at my other library that I use - Driftwood Library in Lincoln City.
