Play and Dessert

We attended closing night at Theatre West's play Sordid Lives. We enjoyed it, especially the acting by Holly Harrison (Odell Owens) and Kate Hawkes (Latrelle Williamson). After parking up the hill, we noticed this special parking sign, we thought for our own Bob Donaldson. But, then we decided it was for the owner of Robert's Bookstore next to the theatre.
After the play, we had some of the cake Jeffery Dobbins made for us. I won an item at a silent auction by Willamette Law School for a dessert every month for a year by him. Boy, I won the jackpot on that one! Liz and I have birthdays near each other so I considered this our mutual cake. Lee Ann and I were the only ones who thought there was chili powder in the chocolate. The frosting was a yummy mocha.
