We had lunch Saturday in Pacific City at the Pelican Brew Pub. Lee Ann ordered the Soy-Lime Chicken Yakisoba Salad, the rest of us had fish or oyster Po' Boys. There were about 10 surfers outside the window waiting to catch waves at Cape Kiwanda.
