I spent the last three days at the beach with my mother. I forgot to take my camera. That makes it difficult to take pictures!! It was so foggy when we arrived on Monday afternoon that there was NO view from Inn At Spanish Head where we had planned to stop and watch the ocean while sipping a cocktail. We just drove on by. We relaxed by reading and watching Inconvenient Truth one day and The Guardian the next. My mother was impressed by both films.
We ate lunch Tuesday at The Surfrider Resort Restaurant while watching a calm ocean, sighting two fishing boats out in the horizon. Wednesday, we drove around Neskowin and then went on to Pacific City at ate yummy Po' Boys at the Pelican Pub and Brewery . Then we headed home, the old way, along the picturesque Little Nestucca River Road.
